Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items unless an issue is deemed necessary.
If you believe a product is expired, spoiled, or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. You may either:

Email us at info@lapastaitalia.ca with a photo, your receipt or order number, and a brief description of the issue, or

Visit us in-store with the product and your proof of purchase.
We will assess the situation and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. Please note that we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return or refund requests.
